1. Acceptance

By using My Data Visibility ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Service Provision

  • We provide the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means acceptance

3. Your Account

  • You're responsible for your account security
  • Provide accurate information
  • You must be 13+ years old (or age of consent in your jurisdiction)

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Violate any laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harm or defraud others or the Service
  • Submit content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Access data sources you don't have rights to

5. Your Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
  • You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to all data you access through the Service
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including AI/LLM providers. By using these features:

  • You consent to your content being processed by third parties according to their terms
  • You acknowledge we don't control third-party services or their data practices
  • You're responsible for compliance with third-party terms

7. Data Processing & AI Features

  • Content you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing
    • Content that is processed by AI providers includes conversations, specifications and file metadata
  • Don't submit confidential, proprietary, or regulated data to AI features
  • Generated code and analyses are provided "AS IS" without warranty
  • You're responsible for reviewing and validating all generated outputs

8. Privacy & Security

  • We store your account profile, specifications, chat messages (including content you paste), generated code, selected file paths, connection settings, and authentication records
  • We don't store full copies of your remote files, only small previews (headers) for analysis
  • Connection credentials are encrypted and never shared with third parties or AI providers
  • You can delete specifications through the interface
  • You're responsible for securing your data sources and ensuring you have rights to access data

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate at any time
  • We may terminate immediately for Terms violations
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

10. Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. General

  • Governed by Colorado, USA law
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains valid
  • These Terms are the entire agreement between us
